Finding a great coach is like finding a
talented executive. They are few and far between. It has become
even more difficult since fifteen thousand aspiring coaches
have joined the profession in the last two or three years.
As with finding an executive, the best way
is through a referral from a trusted business associate. Use
the criteria outlined in "What Makes A Great Coach"
and "Tips on Selecting A Great Coach" sections to
select your coach. Choose a coach that has already achieved
what you aspire to achieve.
Remember the coaching relationship is critical
for success. Select a coach that you trust so much that you
can be totally authentic. Select a coach that harmonizes with
you.
